Federico Martinez
Federico Martínez is the Managing Director of OFFSET MUSIC, where he leads the company’s international growth, strategic partnerships and artist relations.
His career in the live entertainment industry began in 2014, producing large scale events before expanding into artist bookings, business development and international collaborations. Over the years, he has built strong relationships with artists, promoters, venues and industry professionals, developing a network that now connects Latin America, Australia, Asia, Europe, USA and other emerging markets.
Driven by a long-term vision, Federico focuses on creating opportunities that go beyond individual events. His approach combines strategic thinking, genuine relationship building and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for artists, partners and audiences alike.
Today, he is leading OFFSET’s expansion from Australia, with the goal of connecting global talent, developing new markets and building one of the region’s most trusted international music networks.
We don’t simply book artists or produce events. We build long term relationships between artists, promoters and venues, creating opportunities that extend far beyond a single show.
